Koehler-Bright Star is recalling the WorkSafe 3-D Cell (model number 2224 LED) flashlights. The flashlight is missing an encapsulation on the circuit board component which could allow it to ignite if used in an environment with explosive gas.

Consumers should immediately stop using the flashlights and inspect them for a missing date code on the body. If the flashlight does not have a date code, please contact Koehler-Bright Star at 2224LEDReplacement@kbs.inc.net or visit www.koehlerlighting.com for a replacement of the affected component. Alternatively, approach the retailer whom the product was purchased from.
