The Regional Information Campaign on Consumer Redress

The Regional Information Campaign on Consumer Redress aims at ensuring consumers are aware on their right to seek compensation in an event the product or service they purchased resulted to harm or loss. The Campaign which comprised of a set of video and infographics explain ways consumers in ASEAN can practice these rights, and also point consumer to different existing institutions to assisting them in resolving these claims, such as consumer protection agencies and associations, as well as to Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies or sectoral authorities or regulators.
