Guidelines for the selection and implementation of Complaint and Redress Models

The Guidelines include an overview of the importance of consumer policy and recent developments in consumer protection In the ASEAN Economic Community. They identify an important set of resources which will equip consumer officials to determine appropriate models for internal complaint handling systems and external redress schemes best suited to the needs of the ASEAN Member States.
