OCPB in collaboration with the Civil Court to handle online purchasing

The Civil Court has established a new division to handle online purchase complaints in which consumers can file complaints via an online system without the request of a lawyer.
Consumers who have problems with online purchases, online fraud, receiving defective products, or delayed deliveries can file complaints at https://efiling3.coj.go.th as an alternative to online dispute resolution.
Moreover, the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) has an MoU with the Civil Court in regards to the online complaints handling, in which both could support consumer complaints cases free of charge.
