The consumers who purchased condominiums complained to the Yangon Regional Consumer Dispute Settlement Body in February, 2017 of their dissatisfaction.
During the period, the Company informed the date of the handover of the condominium however the Yangon Regional Government informed the Company to defer the period until the Inspection Body has finished investigating the case. The inspection body consisting of representatives from relevant government ministries, met the responsible persons from the Company and the complainants and held mutual discussions among them.
Initial agreements were made and the responsible persons from the Company and the complainants reached mutual agreement and signed the agreements at Yangon Regional Government Office in August, 2017. Finally, the case was resolved successfully and the buyers could get the Condominiums in hand after submitting the final installment.
