Trade Descriptions Act (Certification and Marking of Non-Medical Face Mask), Order 2022

A new order under the Trade Description Act 2011 which requires non-medical face masks supplied to Malaysian market to be certified by appointed competent authority and marked to ensure compliance to the standard. This order complements the regulatory of medical face masks by Medical Device Authority of Malaysia under Ministry of Health.
