Trade Description Act (Certification and Marking of Electronic Cigarette Device) Order 2022

A new order under the Trade Description Act 2011 which requires electronic cigarette devices supplied to Malaysian market to be certified by appointed competent authority and marked to ensure compliance to the safety standard.
